About Signum

What is Signum?
Signum is an AI-powered trading education platform. It combines a professional charting interface, a contextually-aware AI mentor, an automated trade journal, and an assessment-gated curriculum that takes you from complete beginner to prop-firm ready.
Is Signum financial advice?
No. Signum is for educational purposes only. Nothing on the platform is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. Every AI response includes an educational disclaimer. Trading carries substantial risk — see our risk disclaimers.
Who is Signum for?
Complete beginners who want a structured path, self-taught traders who want a mentor to fill in the gaps, and anyone preparing for a prop-firm challenge. There are eight skill levels — the content meets you where you are.

Signum vs. other tools

How is Signum different from TradingView?
Signum is not a replacement for TradingView — the charts are powered by TradingView. What Signum adds is the learning layer: a contextually-aware AI mentor that sees your chart, a structured curriculum with eight levels, an assessment system, and an automated trade journal. TradingView is the chart; Signum is the mentor.
Is the chart really free?
Yes — all charting and drawing tools are free for everyone, on every plan, forever. Charts are never gated and never consume credits. Credits only meter AI mentoring conversations — they have no interaction with the charts whatsoever.
How is Signum different from ChatGPT or a general LLM?
The AI mentor is purpose-built for trading education. It sees your live chart, knows your current skill level, has access to your trade journal, and retrieves from a curated trading-knowledge base. A general chatbot will hallucinate levels, misread candles, and lacks the context Signum gives it.
Do you offer trade signals or copy-trading?
No. Signum is deliberately education-only. We do not provide signals, alerts for specific trades, or copy-trading services. Our goal is to teach you to think like a trader, not to trade for you.

Pricing & access

Is Signum free?
Signum is in public beta and currently free to try. See the pricing page for the paid plans that unlock higher AI usage limits.
How do credits work?
Paid plans include a monthly pool of credits that power the AI mentor. One credit is roughly one question to the mentor. Complex multi-tool queries (e.g., deep trade reviews) may cost 2–3 credits. Unused monthly credits roll over up to a plan-specific cap.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are monthly and you can cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Data & privacy

Do you sell my data?
No. Signum does not sell personal information. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. You can export your trade journal and conversation history, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing legal@signum.app.
Do you store my broker credentials?
No. Signum is not connected to your broker. We do not execute trades, touch your account, or need any trading credentials. Trade journal entries are manually or semi-automatically logged by you.

Partnerships & prop firms

Is Signum affiliated with any prop firm?
Signum has educational content about prop firm challenges and may recommend reputable firms. Where we earn a commission on a referral, we disclose it transparently. We are not a prop firm ourselves and we do not issue challenges or funding.
Can I contact the team?
Yes — email us at hello@signum.trading or visit our contact page for partnership, press, and support addresses.
